AFTER JUDGE CLAIMING ME GUILTY CAN I TAKE ANOTHER COURT DATE OR WHAT SHOULD I DO IF IM RIGHT?
Basically what happened. i was driving and cop pulled me over for speed i was with my 8 month pregnant wife.Cop said that he got my speed on radar.. 55 mph instant of 30mph i asked him to show me the radar he said that he accidentally deleted i took a court date, i explain the judge that i was not driving fast i would never risk my wifes pregnancy and their life but judge was one of those…… she even did not give any discount for old lade, senior citizen after she was crying and saying that she can’t afford that. And i don’t want to stop i want to win this case can some one tell me what should i do what chances do i have? where should i go? THANK YOU VERY MACH
i don’t understand what is the fact? that you are saying it’s fact? the fact is the officer didn’t want to show me the radar because it was saying 30 or 35 mph that is the fact. otherwise he could show me deleted radar. and the judge should judge equally not take cops side…
It sounds like a good judge to me. Ruling on facts, not unrelated BS.
The case is done, pay it and move on.
