What should I major in for magazine writing?
I’m a high school senior exploring options for the future. I’m interested in writing and am the editor-in-chief of my school newspaper, however my passion falls more along the lines of creative writing and not objective news writing. Because of this, I think I’d like a career in magazine writing. Does this sound fitting? If so, what would be preferable majors?
You’d probably still want to major in journalism. If not, perhaps marketing, business, or english writing.
